Electronic Statements are the fastest and most
convenient way to receive your monthly
statement. You no longer have to wait for the
mail or worry about it becoming lost or
misdirected at the post office. With Internet
access and a few simple clicks you have control
of when and where to receive your statements.

You will need a computer with Internet
access, and a personal email address. Each
time we prepare a statement for an account
that you have selected for E-Statements, we
will send you an email letting you know that
it's available. Simply click on the link in
your email message, or log in to CU Online
and click the "Statements" link at the top
of the page.
You will need Adobe Reader to view your
statement. If you don't have the Adobe
Acrobat Plug in, you can download it for
free here.
Electronic statements will contain all the
same information as paper statements. You
will have the same opportunities to contact
us about any errors or problems.

By submitting the E-Statements enrollment
form, I authorize Alliance Federal Credit Union
to discontinue sending me statements via postal
mail service, and begin sending my statement
information via email. I understand that the
statement information will be password protected
for my security. I understand that I am
responsible to alert the credit union of any
changes in my email address.
By submitting the E-Statements enrollment form,
you represent that you have read, understood,
and agreed to the terms and conditions of the
e-statements supplemental agreement and that you
have caused this enrollment form to be executed
and warrant that you have been and are duly
authorized by all necessary action in accordance
with their governing instruments, if applicable,
to execute this enrollment form. |
